Thank you for your purchase from Movementeopurif. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every product. Please read our return policy below for information about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns for opened items within 14 days if the product is defective or not as described.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  4. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

9. Sale Items

Sale items with discounts of 15% or less can be returned following our standard return policy. Items discounted by more than 15% or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless defective.
